Review Central does not filter any reviews. We promote you contact EVERY customer once a job or project is complete and ask customer to complete the online review survey. Good or bad, you will know how your company performed for the customer. All reviews are email to your email box and then reported in Review Central platform.

Although, Review Central does not filter any reviews, you have the opportunity to filter reviews based on your customer database. To prevent competitors or spammers from dumping bad reviews, we ask clients to verify each customer to make sure they are legit.

No one is perfect and chances are your company will not get perfect 5 out of 5-stars every time. But, the key is to be notified if you get a negative review right away and do something to make the customer HAPPY!
