Review Central platform has an option to email website owner once a survey has been completed. System can be configured to send an email to multiple people at the same time. This helps companies respond very fast to customers if there is any issues with the service performed.
Another automatic email that goes out is to customer from Review Central. This custom email goes out to the customer based on the rating of the review. If the customer is happy, then the happy email goes out asking customer to write a review in third party review places like Google Local, Facebook, Yelp, City Search, etc.
If the customer was unhappy based on the star rating, then they will get a message urging the customer to contact the company to resolve any issues. This is great for reputation management and gives you the opportunity to resolve issues right away. We don't want customers to be upset with your service and bash your company in public review places.
